We would be happy to meet with you to discuss how the basket system works and answer your questions - just give us a call at 819-923-8991, or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You are also welcome to come to the farm and visit us! See our Contact page for more information.
How does it work? How do I get my vegetables?
Our weekly delivery of baskets of vegetables is based on the concept of "community supported agriculture" (CSA). Subscribers pay upfront in the beginning of the season and, in return, are assured 20 weeks of organic, local produce, including vegetables, herbs and small fruits, as available.
Basket deliveries begin late May (depending on the weather!) and ends 20 weeks later around Thanksgiving. Baskets contain, on average, 8 to 15 items.
Delivery is to your door, depending on location, (Chapeau to Petawawa) or you can always come to the farm to pick up your vegetables. Deliveries take place Thursdays in late afternoon; if you will not be home, simply leave out a cooler with ice paks so we can transfer the vegetables.
We encourage our customers to visit to see our operation and experience the farm!
